Weintek establishes standardized testing procedures to ensure every component passes the testing and increase the yield rate of production.

LCR Testing
By testing using the high precision LCR meter, the quality of the passive components in the purchase, production, and maintenance stages can be assured.
LCD Quality Testing
LCD displays pass temperature testing, humidity testing, thermal shock testing, and burn-in testing to ensure good display quality and brightness.
Temphumidity Testing
All the important components pass temperature testing, humidity testing, thermal shock testing to ensure stable operation
A Raw materials
Touchpanel Testing
All the resistive/capacitive touch panels pass rigorous temperature testing, humidity testing, thermal shock testing and burn-in testing.
Overlay Testing
Adopt adhesives produced by reputable Japanese manufacturers to ensure overlay quality. The overlays pass temperature testing, front panel compliance testing, and visual inspection.
Performance Testing
All the components pass feature and design validation and meet CE marking requirements.

C Inspecting and testing


Inspecting and testing Weintek has been strongly committed to product quality assurance to achieve increased reliability in every inspection step, to ensure product reliability, and to meet 100% customer satisfaction.

High temperature testing
To ensure operation in high temperature environment, all products are tested and pass the 50°C high temperature testing prior to shipping.
Communication testing
All communication functions are thoroughly tested to ensure stable communication in users’ hands.
Retesting HMI
All products undergo rigorous assembly testing, burn-in testing, and quality check prior to shipping.
Appearance test Appearance test
The display, touch responses, communication function and appearance of the products are inspected to meet standards.
Vibration testing
The vibration testing is performed to examine the response of the product to vibration and structural integrity.
PCB testing
Weintek adopts UL certified product from trustworthy PCB manufacturers. To ensure highest quality, the PCBs are carefully tested twice: first inspected in bare-board testing, and then tested for functionality after being made into PCBA.
Touch testing Touch testing
All products undergo rigorous touch function and touchscreen accuracy testing.
D Packaging and warehousing

Weintek modern plant provides professional package operation and warehouse management. Not only all the packaging containers pass drop and vibration tests, but also the warehouse management system complies with ISO requirements.

Packaging
The shipping containers pass drop test and vibration test. Damages incurred during transportation are very unlikely.
Warehousing
In September, 2013, Weintek relocated its factory, with the storage space expanded to 1,500m2. Well-lit and spacious, the new warehouse boasts comprehensive management system and complies with ISO requirements.

UL
We pursue applicable UL certification for our products to meet safety standards in users’ operating environments.
ISO 9001
Weintek adopted ISO 9001 quality management system for enhancing organizational performance. Our quality system governing organizational planning, procedures, and resource allocation has been verified to meet the needs of customers for quality products and service.

Our products have been tested to conform to CE requirements for Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) .

To protect our environment, we restrict the use of hazardous substances (Lead, Mercury, Cadmium, Hexavalent Chromium, Polybrominated Biphenyls, and Polybrominated Diphenyl Ether) as our materials.
