How can I upgrade my HMI’s firmware?

Weintek USA does not provide direct download links for HMI firmware because our support team must verify the correct firmware for each unit’s chipset; however, most issues can be resolved by simply updating EasyBuilder Pro. This will also update the HMI’s runtime. If EasyBuilder Pro indicates that a different firmware revision is needed to use a specific feature, please contact su*****@********sa.com for assistance with upgrading the unit.
